Harvest Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 to 5 cooking apples (tart), diced
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Blend together with wooden spoon the eggs, sugar and oil until oil is blended.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Stir with spoon into egg mixture.
Do not overbeat.
Fold in diced apples and nuts.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan lightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake leaves side of pan.
When cold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
