Hawaiian Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 graham cracker crusts
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can Angel Flake coconut or 1 c. frozen coconut
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix lemon juice and condensed milk and stir until very thick. Add Cool Whip and mix well.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie crusts and chill thoroughly.
    This makes 2 large pies, each serving about 6.
    Freezes well also.
    Serves 12.
