Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. juice from clams
    1 1/2 c. water
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    2 cans minced clams
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 c. cream
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Break into bits and reserve.
    In a saucepan place 1/2 cup of juice from clams, 1 1/2 cup water, 4 cups potatoes and 1/2 cup sliced onion.
    Cook covered about 15 minutes.
