Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
onions (optional)
grated cheese
1 stick butter
Preparation

Mix together soups, sour cream, onions and cheese.
Melt butter and pour on top.
Bake for 1 hour and take out and sprinkle corn flakes over top slow and bake for 15 minutes longer.
(Corn flakes, optional.)
