Baked Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, eggs, salt, nutmeg, onion, cinnamon, bread crumbs, garlic salt and water.
    Mix well, then form into round ball.
    Roll ball in cracker meat into a shape like a hot dog. Brown in a little oil, then put into tomato juice and simmer for 1 hour.
    (I use Ragu sauce.)
    To serve, put into hot roll.
