Little Red Hen'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 yeast cake
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in the warm water.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased bowl; let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Punch dough down and put into greased 9-inch pie dish.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Melt butter and pour over dough.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
