Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small sweet potato, mashed or 1 c. from a can
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs, beaten
1 stick oleo
1/2 tall can evaporated milk, chilled and whipped
few grains salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 unbaked pie crust (9-inch)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix with electric mixer all ingredients until well blended except evaporated milk; fold whipped milk into mixture and pour into pie crust.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
