Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) hen
    1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon or 4 cubes
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    3 medium stalks celery
    1/3 c. dill salad pickles
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil hen
    with bouillon until very tender.
    Remove from bones and
    chop into small chunks, mashing some rather smooth. Set aside.
    Chop eggs and celery into small chunks.
    Mix eggs, celery, pickles,
    sugar
    and
    salt.
    Mix
    into
    chicken.
    Add mayonnaise. All
    ingredients can be adjusted to your personal taste.
