Szechwan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 bunch green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Split chicken breasts; skin and debone.
    Cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    Combine cornstarch and monosodium glutamate; pat chicken. Heat oil; add chicken and garlic.
    Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water.
    Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until done.
    Add green onions and cayenne pepper.
