Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornbread mix (yes, mix)
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 large onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1/2 c. yellow cheese, grated
    1/4 lb. bacon or more, fried crisp and crumbled
    1/4 c. pimientos, chopped
    1/4 c. garlic, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in 3 greased 8 x 8-inch pans at 400\u00b0 until done and brown, about 35 minutes. Let cool; cut and enjoy with a tall glass of milk.
