Light Tortilla Chips - cooking recipe

8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
2 c. water
Preparation

Pour water into shallow dish. Dip tortillas into water for 2 seconds (do 1 at a time). Drain. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place tortilla wedges in a single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 8 servings.
