Ingredients

24 oz. Cheddar cheese (1/2 sharp, 1/2 medium)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 medium jar strawberry jam
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. plain yogurt/mayonnaise
1 tsp. red pepper
1 box Triscuits
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in food processor until smooth. Press into 6 cup mold lined with plastic wrap that overhangs sides (to lift out).
Chill 4 hours or overnight.
Unmold onto serving tray.
Fill center with strawberry jam.
Arrange Triscuits around ring.
Makes approximately 50 servings.
