Deep-Dark Chocolate Cake(Yield: 18 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. unprocessed oat bran
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 egg whites
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine milk and next 3 ingredients in a bowl; add to dry ingredients, beating 2 minutes at medium speed of an electric mixer.
