Chicken-Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/3 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can cut asparagus spears, drained
    2 c. cubed chicken
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Stir flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and onion salt into butter in a heavy saucepan; cook over low heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk; cook until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
    Set aside.
