Microwave Cherry Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-21 oz can cherry pie filling
3/4 c brown sugar
2/3 c quick-cooking oats
1/3 c flour
1/4 c butter or margarine, cold and cut into small pieces
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Preparation

Spoon pie filling into greased 9 inch microwave-safe pie plate. Combine brown sugar, oats and flour in a bowl; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle over filling.
Microwave on high for 12-14 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
Serves 4.
