Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. peanut butter
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter and peanut butter over low heat. Add milk and stir until well blended.
    Add sugar and continue cooking.
    Stir constantly until sugar dissolves.
    Cook without stirring until a small amount dropped in a cup of cold water becomes a firm ball. Let cool to room temperature.
    Then beat until mixture thickens. Pour into well-greased pan. Let set until firm.
