Chicken Cacciatore(30 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook and stir chicken, onion and green pepper in hot oil in large skillet until lightly browned.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Meanwhile, prepare 4 servings rice. Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
