Batter Bread Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    2 c. very warm water (120~ to 130~)
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl.
    Add butter.
    Gradually add water to dry ingredients; beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
    Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed.
    Stir enough remaining flour in to make soft dough.
    Cover; let rise until doubled, about 35 minutes.
    Stir down.
    Turn into 2 well-greased 1 1/2-quart casseroles.
