Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs (whip 5 minutes)
1 c. sugar (add gradually)
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except confectioners sugar and nuts. Spread in jelly roll pan that you have greased and lined with waxed paper. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
