Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. prepared salsa
    green onions and olives, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in large skillet over medium heat (8 to 10 minutes).
    Pour off drippings.
    Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Increase heat to medium-high and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in salsa.
    Continue cooking 8 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
    Stir occasionally.
    Garnish with green onions and olive slices.
    Serves 4.
