Sally'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Heat black iron skillet with oil. Pour mixture into hot skillet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
