Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. yellow cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil, sour cream, corn, baking powder and salt. Add peppers and half of cheese. Spread in well-greased 12 x 8 x 2 pan and cover with remaining cheese. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
