Pea-Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger (best to use ground chuck)
    1 can baby peas
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    4 to 5 American cheese slices (may substitute other cheese)
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Brown hamburger.
    Remove from pan; set aside.
    Add oil to hamburger grease.
    Fry potatoes and onion in grease.
    Add hamburger when potatoes are tender.
    Pour 1 can peas with juice over hamburger mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Cook on low until cheese is melted.
    Kids love this when cold outside.
