Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed potato
2/3 c. Crisco
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. scalded milk
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Add all-purpose flour until dough is stiffer than biscuit dough.
Turn onto floured surface.
Knead. Roll out.
Use biscuit cutter to cut dough.
Put rolls on greased pan and grease top of rolls.
Let rise under tea towel for 2 1/2 hours in warm place.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
