Easy Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    3 strips bacon, cut up
    1 medium size onion
    2 c. or more coarsely cut up cabbage
    2 c. leftover potatoes
Preparation
    Fry bacon and remove from pan.
    Saute onion in bacon grease. Add cabbage.
    Return bacon to pan and stir often.
    When cabbage is wilted, add leftover potatoes. Pat down to make a large pancake. Fry, brown on one side and then turn and brown on the other side.
