Wild Duck With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. apples, quartered
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. apple juice
    2 wild ducks, dressed
    1 slice onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix apples, raisins and breadcrumbs; add apple juice until moist.
    Fill the ducks with this stuffing.
    Rub the ducks with onion, salt and pepper.
    Roast at 325\u00b0, breast down, for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Baste frequently with remaining apple juice.
