Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns, thawed
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    1/4 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except last two.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with corn flakes and margarine mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
