Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
    pie filling (cherry or blueberry)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine the first 4 ingredients in mixer until smooth.
    Put cupcake holders in muffin pan.
    Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake holder.
    Fill 1/2 to 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool; top with pie filling.
