Hot Grilled Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1-1/2-inch thick) Pacific Salmon with skin on
1 bottle Wishbone Italian dressing
Preparation

Marinate salmon 6 hours in Wishbone dressing.
Gas grill: Spray PAM on extra hot grill.
Place salmon, skin side down, and cook for 7 minutes.
Do not flip.
Charcoal grill:
Cook for 11 minutes.
Serve with Fiddleheads.
