Basic Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water or fruit juice
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 c. dried fruit or dried fruit and chopped nuts
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. oat flour (blend oats)
    1/3 c. nutmeal
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve honey
    in
    water or juice.
    Sprinkle in yeast. Leave alone
    until
    yeast
    rises.
    Stir
    in
    other ingredients immediately.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Rise 8 to 10 minutes in warm place.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
