Berkeley Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    juice of 1 lime
    1 clove garlic, chopped or minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped red onion
    1/2 tomato, chopped
    2 Tbsp. or more chopped cilantro
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Peel and seed the avocados.
    Mash the avocados in a nonmetallic bowl with a fork.
    Don't overdo it.
    Add the lime juice, garlic and Tabasco.
    Add a dash or two of salt.
    Taste and see if you need to add any more lime juice or salt.
    Add the remaining ingredients, and stir judiciously (the guacamole's texture should be chunky, not pureed).
    Refrigerate until you're ready to serve it.
