Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Pour oil into bowl.
Sift together flour, sugar and cinnamon. Alternate dry ingredients and one egg at the time until all is used up.
Then add nuts and grated carrots.
Bake one hour at 325\u00b0. Makes 3 layers.
