Deviled Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch x 3-inch pieces
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    paprika and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
    Dredge meat with seasoned flour and saute in skillet with onions.
    Mix tomatoes and water; add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, sugar, salt, paprika and pepper. Pour mixture over meat in skillet; simmer 1 1/2 hours.
