Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    6 c. water and 6 chicken bouillon cubes or use chicken stock
    8 oz. Kluski noodles
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli or equivalent fresh broccoli
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    6 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese (some Cheddar can be used)
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine 3 minutes.
    Add 6 cups of water and bouillon cubes (or stock).
    Heat to boiling.
    Add noodles.
    Bring back to boil and add broccoli and 1 teaspoon minced garlic.
    Cook 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
    Add 6 cups milk and cheese, cubed.
    Stir until melted.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Let set 1 hour.
