Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
4 eggs
1 c. nuts, diced
1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation
-
Hand mix dry ingredients first, then gradually add remainder of ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and pour mixture in.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Add finished touch:
frosting or whipped cream on top.
