Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
3 or more chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. broth from cooked chicken
Preparation

Boil
chicken
until
tender;
use
no
salt.
Remove chicken from bones;
cube.
Mix
butter
and stuffing mix.
In large baking dish put
together as follows:
layer of stuffing mix, chicken, can of mushroom soup, cup of broth, remainder of stuffing mix, remainder of
chicken, cream of chicken soup and other cup of broth.
Top
with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until hot all the way through.
