Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef or pork meat, cubed
    1 bunch celery
    8 small onions
    1 small can bean sprouts
    salt
    brown gravy sauce
    soy sauce
    rice
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown and add a small amount of water to meat.
    Simmer 1 hour. Add chopped celery and boil until cooked.
    Add boiled onions and bean sprouts.
    Thicken juice with cornstarch and simmer awhile. Add brown gravy sauce for color. Serve over cooked rice and top with chow mein noodles and soy sauce to taste.
