Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar (less is better)
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon (1 tsp. on apples; 1 tsp. in eggs)
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 c. blueberries
Texas toast
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, melted butter and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix apples and blueberries with mixture. Coat apples. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Put bread on top. Mix eggs, vanilla, milk and rest of cinnamon. Pour on top and soak bread; let sit 4 to 24 hours. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Delicious!
