Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) pork roast, boned, rolled and tied
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. orange marmalade
    1 (1-inch) piece ginger root
Preparation
    Place roast, fat side up, on rack in roasting pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
    Combine garlic, marmalade and ginger root in saucepan.
    Cook over low heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
    Remove garlic and ginger root.
    Brush glaze over roast 2 to 3 times during the final 30 minutes of roasting.
    Serve on platter.
    Garnish with orange slices.
