Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, cut up
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar peach preserves
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (3 oz.) can water chestnuts
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 green pepper
Preparation

Brown chicken.
Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Simmer 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in oven.
Last 15 minutes, add 1 green pepper and water chestnuts.
