Apple Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
6 eggs
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 pie shells
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
2 c. apples, cooked and mashed
Preparation

Scald
milk with margarine.
Beat together eggs, sugar, cornstarch\tand vanilla and add to milk and margarine mixture. To this, add apples.
Pour into 2 pie shells.\tBake for 1 hour or until firm at 350\u00b0.
