Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie crust (ready made)
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
    3 eggs
    1 container Ricotta cheese
    shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Partially bake pie crust for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    In a medium saucepan, combine cooked and drained spinach, eggs, Ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and spices.
    Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
