"Never Failing" Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. chocolate chips (small)
    13 oz. jar marshmallow paste
    2 large Hershey bars or Mr. Goodbars (1/2 lb.)
