Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    4 c. salsa flavored tortilla chips
    2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    black or green olives (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together the browned beef, onion, pepper, seasoned salt and tomato sauce.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Put 3 cups (crushed lightly) tortilla chips in a 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Pour the meat sauce over the cheese.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Sprinkle the remaining lightly crushed tortilla chips on top.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Garnish with olives, if so desired.
