Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large orange (seedless) with rind, blended together in blender until smooth
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream butter and add sugar and eggs and blend well.
Add flour, soda and salt alternately with milk.
Add ground up orange mixture and raisins.
Pour into an angel food pan or a Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Your favorite frosting may be added to top.
