1 can milk
1 small container sour cream
1 small pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
