Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cut-up round steak
    1 c. water
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Flour the pieces of round steak and brown on low heat in preheated vegetable oil.
    Stir in 1 cup water and sliced onion. Add garlic salt and soy sauce.
    Cook, covered, until tender.
