Biscake (Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar or 6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix sugar into flour in a small mixing bowl.
    Add the milk and vanilla.
    Beat with a spoon until creamy and smooth or with a beater for 4 minutes.
    Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
