Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) box caramels
    1 c. chocolate chips
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to directions.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour 1/2 of cake mix into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
