Uris' Easy Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. water (for hard crust; for soft crust, use milk)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients with wire whisk.
    Add salad oil and liquid.
    Mix dough well until soft ball.
    Knead until elastic on floured surface.
    Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut into 2-inch rounds.
    We use a glass.
    Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until light golden brown.
